We loved the buffet breakfast and the helpful staff. The room was perfect when upgraded. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a safe area, so close to Chapultepec and Polanco, the park and restaurants, center. Again, it had easy access to a soaring monument.

The bathroom was cold.

The setting was very GOOD here. We went to see the lake, it was 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was huge.

We appreciated the staff and location and appropriate prices. Bistro, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Set within 15 minutes walk from national museum of anthropology, the hotel was also near to many city attractions. A mini-kitchen was a big plus;))
